VAT on our prices

UK Customers - For UK customers receiving deliveries at UK postal addresses, our prices will include UK VAT at 20% by default, where applicable.

Non UK Customers - If you are having products delivered to an address outside the UK, you will not be subject to the 20% VAT (UK Sales Tax). Therefore, divide the GBP price displayed on our product listings by 1.2 (£120.00 ÷ 1.2 = £100.00 export price).

Once you have registered an account and logged in, the basket price will automatically remove the UK Sales Tax.

Any invoice or emails that you receive from the website will show zero UK sales tax, and will show any tax percentage as Zero.

What payment methods do you accept?

At Railwayscenics we accept most debit and credit cards via Stripe payments and PayPal. The process is safe and secure.

Should you feel unsafe using a card online you are more than welcome to phone us and pay over the phone.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. Contact us by email or phone before returning any items.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition for a refund, which will be processed within 14 working days.

Returns after 14 days for unwanted, incorrectly ordered, or unauthorized items may incur a restocking fee of 20% of the product price.

For damaged or faulty goods, contact us within 48 hours for further instructions.
