Bootlace Cord End Ferrules

Cord end ferrules, also called bootlace terminals, are used to terminate stranded copper wires. They are used to provide an improved connection, and prevent multiple core wires from being damaged when fitting wire into screw terminal connectors.

The terminal is fitted to the stripped end of the stranded wire and crimped in place using a special crimping tool, forming a permanent and durable termination. It is also possible to solder the ferrule to the wire ends.

They are available with or without insulation and also in single or dual wire capacities.
