Delivery Options

Where possible all orders placed by 10-30am on a working day, will be packed and posted that same day. If this is not possible then items will be posted the following working day. In any event all orders will be posted within 5 working days.

All of our shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on your basket content weight. Therefore as you add or remove products from your basket, the delivery charge and the delivery methods available will automatically update. We believe that this is the fairest way to calculate postage and packaging costs.

We offer a wide range of delivery options from Royal Mail, and a Courier. Signatures will be required on some delivery options but this is mentioned in the checkout system.

Once your items have been posted we will send a confirmation email to your registered email address.

Privacy

Railwayscenics are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors. During the registration and checkout process we ask for the minimum of information from you which helps us offer the best service and delivery of our products to you.

The same information helps us personalise, and continually improve, your shopping experience at Railwayscenics.

The information that we are given when you place an order is usually kept for 6 years from the end of the financial year that you placed the order. This is done because we need to keep tax records in accordance to any UK tax rules and regulations.

Any information you give us when making an enquiry about our products or services is only kept as long as we need it. Ideally once we have answered your query, we destroy or delete any information you give us.

We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third-party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.

Returns

Railwayscenics operates a 14 days return policy. To be accepted for return on this basis, items should be returned within 14 days of receipt. Provided the goods are returned to us in the same condition as they were received, we will arrange the refund withing 14 working days.

Any Goods returned after 21 days as unwanted or incorrectly ordered may be accepted at the discretion of Railwayscenics but will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value of the items or £10, whichever is the greater.

For damaged or faulty goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will advise on the course of actiom to be taken.
