Coronavirus Pandemic Changes

Railwayscenics is open for business as normal. Being a family run business and working from my home, the safety and protection of me and my family is my main priority. Please respect my wishes and the changes that have been made to the way the business operates and works.


There has been some impact on some of our supply chain partners, with some distributors affected, and transportation routes disrupted. This means that the restocking time for some products may be longer than normal, meaning that some products may be out of stock until supplies are once again available. As the easing of the lockdown continues I am hoping that supplies will become available again from some suppliers. We are trying to source from other suppliers to keep our stocks replenished. Please contact us if you require availability information for a specific item.

Shipping and delivery

We are aiming to process and dispatch all orders (excluding those containing Special Order items) within 48 hours, however, this may be longer at the present time due to the higher demand. We ask that you bear with us and we will ship your order as soon as possible. When your order has been dispatched we will update the order and send an email informing you know that the order has been posted. Any available tracking information will also be sent at this time.

UK postal and courier delivery services continue to operate as near to normal but some deliveries by Royal Mail to some areas of the country may be delayed slightly due to the higher volume of letters and parcels being processed.

Some international deliveries are being held at the borders, so please check with your postal carrier to see if there are any delays.


Our phone line and emails are all back to normal operations, however, there may be extended response times during busier periods.

I take my responsibility to my family, customers and the wider community very seriously and are adhering to the latest guidance from the Government in relation to COVID-19 security in the home and workplace.
