Downloads
Downloads will not be refunded. All downloads have a time limit of 7
days. Should you fail to download your items in that time, you will have
to contact us using the contact us form
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Delivery will be made to the address specified on the original order. Any
subsequent change of delivery address will incur additional charges.
Two delivery attempts will be made. Additional charges will be made for subsequent
delivery attempts.
Delivery can only be made to a P.O. Box address if you provide us with your
phone number
All payments must be fully completed prior to delivery.
Delivery of customer orders is subject to the policies of Railwayscenics elected
shipping agent.
In the event that a customer cannot take delivery, it will be the customer’s
responsibility to retrieve the product(s) according to the policies of the
shipping agent.
Product Availability
We aim to maintain availability of all products shown on the website, but
unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed. Railwayscenics cannot be held responsible for
damages incurred by the customer due to insufficient inventory.
Returns Policy (in addition to your statutory rights)
Railwayscenics accepts product returns, without penalty, within 14 days of delivery.
The product(s) returned must be accompanied by the original invoice and an
authorisation number (obtained by e-mailing
sales@railwayscenics.com or
telephoning 07865398968.
Railwayscenics does not accept shipping and/or handling charges incurred in returning
the product(s). The customer shall be responsible for risk of loss or damage to
the returned product(s).
For returned products, refunds will be made promptly to the customer’s Paypal
account. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in
their original packaging and condition (not applicable to defective items), and
must include a copy of the invoice and details for the reason for the return.
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
