As a new business, we try to keep a supply of our stock items.
Occasionally we may be low on stock. As we rely on other businesses to
supply us with our stock, we cannot guarantee that all items may be in stock all
of the time. We constantly monitor our stock levels, and the quantity on
the website is accurate. Should you require more than the quantity
available please contact us for an estimated delivery date. Out of stock items
do not appear on our website.
We reserve the right to alter specifications and prices without notice should
the need arise.
SPECIAL OFFERS
We occasionally have the opportunity to purchase stock items at a
greatly reduced price, and will pass these discounts on to our customers.
We do offer some products with a discount when purchased with another particular
product. If we do this the discount is calculated at the checkout page.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Should you wish to order a non stock item, we will endeavour to complete
your order as soon as possible.
TRADE ORDERS
Trade orders are welcome and discounts for sensible trade quantities
will be given. Please contact us by phone or email for details. Trade discounts
will not be given at exhibitions, except on pre-orders.
CLUB ORDERS
We are pleased to accept orders on behalf of model railway clubs. Where
possible, a discount will be given. Please contact us, if you are buying
on behalf of a club.
EXHIBITION PRICE POLICY
We do not guarantee to charge the same prices at exhibitions as we charge for
mail order. This is not a deliberate attempt to have differential pricing, more
a case of the fact we cannot guarantee that any price changes have been updated
on the website.
PRICES
Prices on this website are correct at the time of publication, but we reserve
the right to alter our prices at any time and without notice. However, we will do our best
to notify any changes prior to completing your order.
GOODS NOT CORRECT
If goods we supply are received faulty in any way, please let us know within
seven days so that we may deal with your complaint. Wrongly ordered goods may be
returned at our discretion but please contact us first. Depending on the
circumstances, a handling charge may be made.
SAFETY POLICY
Knives, solvents and other dangerous items will not be supplied to anyone
under 18 years old. A credit card number may be required as proof of age even if
it is not used for payment. We have added to our create account page a
checkbox that has to be ticked to confirm that the account creator is over 18
years of age. If you are purchasing any of the previously names products
we may contact you to confirm that you are over 18 years of age. Please do
not be offended.
ORDERING BY POST
Should you not wish to use the website to purchase items from Railwayscenics,
we have uploaded a postal order form
here.
Please post a copy of this form and your payment to our postal address. At
present we are not able to supply our downloadable items by post. This
includes all the texture sheets in all scales, and any kits that may be
available. We are sorry for this, and are looking into having sheets
printed, but costs are restrictive at the present. |
