Clubs and organisations

We have decided to offer all genuine Model Railway Clubs the chance to purchase items from our store, at a discounted price. The discount is in the region of 10% lower than the online catalogue list price. We will be pleased to quote for items that are not listed online.

There is no minimum order quantity, or minimum order total.

All you have to do is to create an account including the name of your model railway club, then send us an email using the contact us form on this site, stating that you would like to be included in the discount scheme. We will do the rest and will notify you of a discount code that should be used on every checkout as long as the products are for your model railway clubs layout. If we suspect any type of orders that we believe are not for the club layout we will cancel the discount code for any future payments and orders. What we are basically saying is do not abuse the system.

The discount will reduce the order total excluding any postal costs at the time of checkout.

We would be interested in attending local model railway exhibitions next year. If you run an exhibition and would like us to attend, please contact us.

Trade Customers

As we purchase items directly from many large suppliers, and manufacturers, we are able to offer discounts for trade purchases. All items listed in our online catalogue will be available apart from the downloadable items. Our suppliers are able to offer a wide range of items and we will be pleased to quote for unlisted products, if you send details of your requirements. We have found that in most cases, we can supply equivalent items at a far cheaper price than some of the larger suppliers, thus increasing your businesses profitability.

We package and label all items and each item will be branded as Railwayscenics, unless you require blank packaging to allow you to add your own branding.

We believe that we can offer equal or better trade prices that those offered by Gaugemaster, Javis and Expo.

We will be pleased to quote for orders to genuine trade suppliers. We define a trade customer as someone who operates as a business either with or without commercial premises. The only criteria is that you should have a business name, and have a business bank account in the name of your business, with any of the UKs banks. We will carry out checks with your bank.

All goods must be paid for before delivery by online bank transfer, PayPal or by cheque.

There is no minimum order value, and no minimum order quantity, although we are able to offer larger discounts on larger orders.

A new website is being developed that will allow trade customers to purchase online. We hope that all trade prices will be a minimum of 30% off of the marked website price.
